Differentiation solely on quality, convenience, and experience of what they sell is the strategy that fitness facilities, medical providers, colleges, and organizations in many other industries usually apply, as the authors mentioned. Despite the importance of those things, they matter only as means to the ends that people seek, which many businesses overlook. Even though their promotion on the market particularly related to consumers’ aspirations, rarely were the solutions designed to make a great impression on them. Instead, individuals must piece together what they believe they need to attain their objectives, such as a trainer, a certain diet, and a support network to lose weight. In the transformation business fulled of economic opportunity, enterprises should recognize the consumers’ wishes to improve some basic features of their lives.
