This article provided an unusual perspective on office administration. Data was taken from a random sample of 3,871 executives from a database of 20,000 executives in a recent research by consulting company Hay/McBer, taking the mystery out of effective management. The study reveals that effective management consists of six distinct designs, each of which draws on emotional intelligence components.
